Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Grand Serendib surpassed all expectations, offering a luxurious experience amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Kandy. the restaurant recommendations were exceptional - from the exquisite flavors at Da Mario Wood Oven Pizza to the cozy ambiance of KGC Lounge, each meal was a culinary delight. the air conditioning in the suite provided a welcome respite from the tropical heat, ensuring a comfortable stay. the terrace, overlooking the mesmerizing views of Kandy and the lake, served as a perfect spot to unwind with a cup of freshly brewed local tea, immersing in the tranquility of the surroundings. the attentiveness of the staff, especially Ajith, was unparalleled, going above and beyond to ensure every need was met with genuine care and hospitality. Grand Serendib truly stands out as a gem in the heart of Kandy, offering not just a stay, but a memorable experience that celebrates the essence of Sri Lanka's charm.
